Limbrick Limited inherited the final phase of this 35,000sq ft net speculative office development from an existing client, Grosvenor Limited, and oversaw the project from detailed design development until completion on site. The building is located on a prominent site perpendicular to South Gyle Broadway in South Gyle Park, near the city's by-pass and Airport. Similar in design to the previous phases, design improvements were made to the external cladding colour and entrance feature to distinguish this building from the previous phases. The building was completed in 2001 and is now occupied by The Royal Bank of Scotland. |
