Dramatic redevelopment of Gloucester Leisure Centre on a prominent City Centre site. Facilities include:

  • Purpose designed National Shortcourse Competition Pool with movable floor across its total area
  • Separate 25m Training Pool
  • Learner Pool and Children's Leisure Water area
  • Indoor Bowls
  • Fully fitted out Gymnastics Training Hall
  • Martial Arts Hall
  • 3-storey Wet and Dry Health and Fitness Centre
  • Healthy Living Advice Centre
  • Major Sports Hall with capacity as 1,600 seater Entertainment Venue
  • Bar and Cafe area

Limbrick Limited was involved from the early beginnings of Leisure Needs Survey, Feasibility Study and led on the technical side of the application and major achievement of Lottery Sports Fund Grant, reportedly the largest ever awarded to a non-Metropolitan Council.
