| Local needs led the brief for this community based facility for Elmbridge Borough Council. Leisure Officers required a compact design and economic building form. Limbrick Limited produced a stand-alone 'pavilion like' building, set at the edge of a public open space. The building contains a 6-lane, 25m Pool, 12.5m x 7.5m Learner Pool, family style Changing Village, Reception, Viewing Area and all necessary support facilities, all within a highly efficient footprint of less than 1,200m2. |
