Part of Phase 2 of the existing 35-acre Fife Leisure Park, also owned by Grosvenor Limited, adjacent to the M90 and forming part of the Dunfermline East expansion area, the 100,000sq ft flagship store for B&Q also boasts a 30,000sq ft Garden Centre and a 20,000sq ft Bulk Storage Yard and parking for 300 cars.

The design for the new store adapts the standard Tenant's Specification to echo the architectural language of the existing buildings of Phase 1 with cast stone entrance and corner towers and white cladding panels. Limbrick Limited have been liaising closely with the Tenants and Planning Consultants regarding this project would be the largest DIY store in Fife.
