BANNATYNES CLUB, FIFE LEISURE PARK Client: Grovesnor Ltd Value: c£1.5m Completed: January 2001 Part of Phase 2 of the Masterplan of the existing 35-acre Fife Leisure Park, also owned by Grosvenor Limited, adjacent to the M90 and forming part of the Dunfermline East expansion area, the 30,000sq ft. Health and Fitness Club includes a swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, fully equipped gymnasium, aerobics rooms and relaxation areas. As architects for Fife Leisure Park, Limbrick Limited adapted the standard Tenant's Specification in the design for the new club shell to complement the architectural language of the existing buildings of Phase 1, with cast stone entrance and corner towers, feature lighting and white cladding panels.
