The redevelopment of existing ABC cinema in Plymouth into 3 distinct leisure venues.  Bongogo, Walkabout both at ground floor level.  The  Grosvenor Casino at first floor level with its  entrance foyer at ground floor on the prominent corner of the development.

The design recognises the importance of contributing to the life and activity of the site frontages and is contemporary in design fitting well into the context of the existing City Centre.  It address the main urban design issues with respect to its prominent location, achieving both an attractive street frontage and giving prominence to this important corner on the main approach to the city centre.

An exciting mix of traditional and contemporary quality materials have been adopted to compliment and enhance those used elsewhere within the City Centre.

Limbrick Limited were also appointed to design the interior of the Grosvenor Casino, continuing to expand on the existing design style that we have already implemented in other Grosvenor Casinos across the UK.
