Limbrick Limited were appointed, after establishing the viability and feasibility of refurbishment/redevelopment of  the existing Grade II Listed Victorian Baths to modern Leisure Centre.

The facilities will include 25m pool, learner pool, 125-station fitness suite, dance studio and multi-purpose rooms.

 Also includes enabling residential development.
