As an ongoing phased development Limbrick Limited was appointed by Brabon Properties to continue the development of their Green Farm Business Park at Quedgeley, Gloucester. Phase 3 consists of three speculative office buildings with flexible floor layouts, permitting variously sized units between 1,300sq ft and 6,000sq ft.

Phase 4 is now under design development with the developer and their prospective tenants, with the site now visible from Limbrick Limited's own new offices being part of Phase 2.
